By doing so, Rishabh Pant will become only the fourth batsman in the world to hit 100 sixes in Test cricket. Previously, only Adam Gilchrist, Ben Stokes, and Brendon McCullum have managed to hit 100 or more sixes in Test cricket. 

Rishabh Pant currently holds the record for hitting 92 sixes in 84 innings of 48 Test matches. Ben Stokes currently holds the world record for hitting the most sixes (136) in 206 innings of 115 Test matches.
