UP News: Farrukhabad Link Expressway will connect Ganga and Agra-Lucknow Expressway, list of land prepared in 6 villages
UP News: New expressways are being constructed at a rapid pace in Uttar Pradesh, strengthening connectivity between districts. Improved road infrastructure will facilitate travel not only within the state but also to other states. This will boost business activities and promote industrial development.

Uttar Pradesh News: The Farrukhabad Link Expressway will be constructed in Uttar Pradesh to connect the Ganga Expressway and the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
This route will provide a direct connection between the two expressways, reducing travel time and making travel more convenient.
Officials have completed the survey and design for the project, and construction is expected to begin soon. Residents of the state will have access to new employment and business opportunities within their own districts, which will also curb migration.
The alignment route is completely ready
The alignment route for the Farrukhabad Link Expressway is fully finalized. The Hardoi district administration has submitted its proposal to the UP Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
With land acquisition and a revised proposal, the route will begin from Kudrail village in Etawah district and extend to Kausia village in Sawaijpur tehsil of Hardoi district.
This link expressway will be approximately 92 kilometers long, connecting the Ganga Expressway and the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, making travel between the two major expressways easier and faster.
Farrukhabad Link Expressway will pass through 6 villages of Hardoi
This link expressway will pass through six villages—Sarasai, Kanakapur, Saidapur, Markada, Raipur, and Timirpur—in the Sawaijpur tehsil of Hardoi district.
A list of farmers whose land is included in this project has been compiled. The process of compensating them, as per the regulations, will also begin soon to ensure that the project's construction is not hampered.
Farrukhabad Link Expressway will be 6 lanes
Once the link expressway is completed, travel between Farrukhabad and Hardoi, as well as the surrounding districts, will become much easier and more convenient.
Initially, it will be a six-lane road, which can be expanded to eight lanes in the future. The connection between the Ganga Expressway and the Agra-Lucknow Expressway will make travel to Varanasi, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Jhansi, Agra, and Delhi much faster and easier.
The construction of this expressway was announced by the Yogi government in this year's budget. UPDA has appointed Redican India Limited as the project development consultant.
The link expressway has already received the government's green light. Now that the alignment route has been finalized, construction work will begin at a faster pace.
