Rajasthan Weather: There has been no rain since the monsoon departure. The weather has remained clear for several days, and the day begins with bright sunshine. Consequently, temperatures are rapidly rising. The Meteorological Department has recently released an update regarding rainfall.
According to the latest update from the Meteorological Department, a new western disturbance has become active, which is expected to bring heavy rain to several districts in eastern Rajasthan (Rajasthan rain alert).
The monsoon has departed from western Rajasthan, but before its departure, it is poised to bring rain once again. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in various districts of the state for the next four days, starting September 28th.
Rain alert in 9 districts -
The IMD has issued the latest weather update (today's weather) stating that heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms is expected in nine districts of eastern Rajasthan today, Sunday, September 28th.
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in these nine districts: Banswara, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Kota, Pratapgarh, Jhalawar, Salumbar, and Udaipur.
Rain will also fall in these nine districts on Monday, September 29th. Light rain is expected on September 30th, followed by heavy rain on the following day, October 1st. During this period, warnings have also been issued for thunder and lightning in several districts.

Regarding the weather in western Rajasthan, the weather in the border districts remained clear, and temperatures were steadily rising due to the strong winds.
On Saturday, September 27th, temperatures above 39 degrees Celsius were recorded in Barmer, Bikaner, and Jaisalmer. The temperature in Bikaner and Barmer was 39.4 degrees Celsius, while the temperature in Jaisalmer was recorded at 39.3 degrees Celsius.
