These 5 new SUVs will enter the market with ADAS, hybrid engines and premium features, know the price

There is a high demand for mid-size SUVs in India. People use them more for family and office use. That's why cars like Hyundai Creta and Maruti Grand Vitara are selling more. 

Keeping this in mind, many companies are now preparing to introduce new models. In the coming months, Kia, Renault, Nissan and Tata Motors will launch their new SUVs. 

The special thing is that advanced features like ADAS and hybrid engines can be seen in them. Now let us tell you about the features of these cars in detail.

Kia Seltos Hybrid 

The Kia Seltos is already a successful model in India, and now the company is launching a new hybrid version. The SUV, expected to launch in 2026, will feature a hybrid engine that will deliver a mileage of approximately 30 km/l.

In terms of features, the Kia Seltos Hybrid  will include several modern features like a 30-inch Trinity display, ventilated seats, Level 2 ADAS, and a 360-degree camera. 

The new model will also feature an updated design with vertical LED DRLs and connected LED tail lamps. It is expected to compete directly with the Hyundai Creta and Maruti Grand Vitara.

New Renault Duster

The Renault Duster has also been in high demand in India. People love its looks. The company is now planning to launch its third-generation version. 

This new Duster, expected to launch in early 2026, is expected to be powered by a 1.3-liter turbocharged petrol engine that produces 154 bhp and 250 Nm of torque.

This SUV will be based on the CMF-B platform, and a hybrid variant is expected later. The design will be similar to the global model, but with some significant changes to suit Indian customers. In the Indian market, it will compete with SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.

Renault Boreal

In addition to the Renault Duster, the company is also preparing to launch a new premium 7-seater SUV, likely called the Renault Boreal. Expected to launch in the second half of 2025, the SUV will come with a petrol engine and may also have the option of a hybrid variant. 

Its design will be inspired by the Duster, but with more space and premium features, it will be specifically designed for families. In the Indian market, it will compete with SUVs like the Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder.

Nissan Creta-Rival SUV 

Nissan's SUVs are also in high demand in the Indian market. But now the company is preparing to enter the midsize SUV segment. 

This new SUV will be built on the Renault Duster's CMF-B+ platform and will be launched in 2026. The company will provide modern technology, new features, and an advanced powertrain. 

At present, the company has not yet provided complete details about its features. However, upon launch, it will compete with SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. It should be noted that Nissan may also introduce a compact MPV before the SUV's launch.

Tata Sierra 

The Tata Sierra was one of the most popular SUVs in the 90s, but it's now set to return in a new avatar. The company is expected to launch it by 2025, initially in an electric variant, followed by petrol and diesel versions. The Tata Sierra EV is built on the Acti.ev+ architecture and will share many components with the Harrier EV.

Engine options include a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 168bhp and 280Nm of torque. A 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine is also expected. An electric version is also expected.

Features could include a triple-screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, and a premium sound system. 

The exterior will feature connected LED lights, flush door handles, and square wheel arches. If you're considering an SUV in the future, these cars could be a good option.
