South Delhi MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri informed that this six-lane expressway connecting Delhi's DND to Mumbai will be ready before March 2026.

This expressway is one of India's largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects. Once completed, it will reduce the road travel time from Delhi to Mumbai to just 12 hours, almost half the current time. MP Bidhuri said it will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

With a total length of 1,380 kilometers, this expressway will be the longest highway in the country. It will pass through six states: Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
