In India, the entire Pro Max series is not yet available for in-store pre-orders. Apple's team is continuously working to restock the stock. The company says that all storage models of the Orange variant have been sold out. However, the Deep Blue and Silver variants are still available in limited quantities.

What's the situation in India?

The Apple India website currently doesn't offer an in-store pickup option for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Furthermore, the Cosmic Orange variant has been removed from both the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models. 

The company plans to make a limited number of units available in stores for walk-in customers starting September 19th. These phones will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Supply Challenge for iPhone 17 Series

A recent report suggests that supplies of the iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air are limited in India. Apple is expanding its retail network and initial production has focused on the base models.
