This year, PM Modi is celebrating his 75th birthday. To mark this occasion, he is launching the "Healthy Women, Empowered Family Campaign" and the 8th Nutrition Month. 

The campaign aims to provide better health and nutrition services to women, children, and adolescents. In this article, we will tell you which health issues PM Modi is focusing on.

Obesity and Lifestyle

PM Modi has always focused on obesity and healthy lifestyles. Earlier this year, he highlighted the growing obesity problem in India. He urged people to make lifestyle changes, especially avoiding edible oils. 

He also stated that if each person consumes less than 10% of oil per month, the risk of obesity and other diseases can be reduced. 

Women and Children's Health:

On the occasion of his 75th birthday, PM Modi will launch the "Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan" and the 8th Nutrition Month. 

These initiatives are aimed at strengthening the health and nutrition of women, adolescent girls, and children. 

These initiatives also focus on providing screening services for women, measures to prevent anemia, and maternal and child health services.  

The government has set a goal of eliminating TB

in India by 2025. To achieve this goal, PM Modi is running the TB Free India campaign. Under this campaign, patients are treated and cared for with the help of the community and volunteers. 

Mental Health

In his "Mann Ki Baat" program, PM Modi has consistently emphasized mental health. He considers mental health to be crucial. According to him, a healthy person is not just about the body, but also about the mind and social life. He advises young people to practice yoga, exercise daily, and adopt stress-reduction measures. 

Nutrition and Diet:

PM Modi encourages children and young people to eat a healthy diet. He specifically advises avoiding junk food, oily foods, and refined flour products. 

He also emphasizes the importance of eating millets and seasonal fruits, chewing food properly, spending time in the sun, and getting adequate sleep.
