Oppo is launching a powerful 200MP smartphone! It will come with a 7,500mAh battery and impressive features

Oppo has officially announced that its new Find X9 series will launch in China on October 16th. This series will include two new phones: 

the Oppo Find X9 and the Oppo Find X9 Pro. Both phones will feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which promises powerful performance and improved battery efficiency.

What does the new ColorOS 16 bring?

The Oppo Find X9 series will be the first to feature the company's new ColorOS 16 user interface, based on Android 16. 

The company will release this UI on October 15th, a day before the phone's launch. This new ColorOS will provide users with a better and smoother user experience.

What's the benefit of a large battery?

Oppo has gone above and beyond with its battery this time around. 

The Find X9 features a massive 7,025mAh battery, while the Find X9 Pro boasts an even larger 7,500mAh battery. Smartphones with such large batteries are rare on the market, ensuring long-term battery life for users.

How powerful is the Dimensity 9500 processor?

MediaTek's new Dimensity 9500 processor is unique. It offers 33% GPU performance and 42% power efficiency improvements over the older Dimensity 9400. 

Oppo has also added a custom cooling system to ensure temperature control and smooth performance even when the phone is heavily gaming or multitasking.

What's the camera's potential?

Oppo and Hasselblad continue their collaboration. The Find X9 Pro will feature a 200MP main camera, ensuring super-clear images. 

Additionally, there's a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP telephoto lens. Meanwhile, the Oppo Find X9 will feature a triple 50MP camera setup and a 32MP selfie camera.

What will the design and durability be like?

The official teaser shows the Find X9 series in red. Its camera module is square-shaped, housing a triple sensor and LED flash. 

The phone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it's dust- and water-resistant. The phone won't be damaged even if submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes, and can withstand splashes of cold or hot water.
