Haryana weather: The weather in Haryana is changing rapidly. Several districts, including Hisar, Panipat, and Karnal, have been experiencing intermittent rainfall for the past two days, causing night temperatures to drop by up to 4.5 degrees. The India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for the state for October 5, forecasting heavy rain and strong winds in 12 districts.
Rain alert for October 2: Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Gurugram, Nuh, Palwal, Faridabad.
A Western Disturbance is expected to become active from October 4th, which will increase rainfall activity in most districts. Rainfall is expected in all districts except Sirsa and Fatehabad.
On October 5 and 6, heavy rain with strong winds is likely across Haryana, especially in Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Gurugram, Faridabad, Nuh, Palwal.

Maximum temperatures ranged from 31.6°C to 34.7°C, with Panipat the coldest and Sirsa the hottest. Due to rain, temperatures are expected to drop by another 4 to 5 degrees in the coming days.
